So, why am I teaching you about fasting?? Well, my story, like many others, is far too long to explain in detail here, but I want you to know why I'm so passionate so here's the short version: 8 years ago, a pretty brutal autoimmune issue attacked my system and changed my life. I saw 26 doctors over the course of 2 years and got very few answers. This dis-ease made it extremely difficult to move and even harder walk but I was determined to get answers. I tried pharmaceuticals but they only left me with more negative symptoms to deal with. I was so discouraged… but then God brought multiple doctors into my path who were using FASTING as a way to heal - without negative side effects! I followed their lead, restored my health, and eventually decided to give up my 26 year corporate career to pursue a PhD in Natural Medicine and guide others so they too, can use Fasting and Praying for healing, and to also reignite their faith as that is exactly what happened for me.
